We're confident that you'll love your purchase, but if it's not quite what you expected, we're happy to help. Here's our policy:

 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge.

 

If you aren't happy with the product itself, we can offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery (less shipping). Please note: all returns must be in their original packaging and must not have been opened.

Thank you for shopping with us, where we’re committed to providing you with the best possible service. In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we use a third-party shipping company to ship our products. This allows us to offer free shipping on all orders over $100 and reduced rates on smaller orders all over the USA. and over $150 to Canada

 

Orders placed before 3pm EST will be shipped on the same day they were placed. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day after they are received by our warehouse.

 

All orders are shipped using USPS or UPS, depending on your location. We currently do not offer expedited shipping options for international orders or overnight delivery services for domestic shipments.
